The Maximum Occupancy is 8. Only the number of guests indicated at booking will be permitted to stay in the home.
There is an unoccupied and securely locked lower level that it is NEVER occupied when a rental is in place.
Absolutely NO SMOKING. Smoking will result in a $1000 fee. Since April 2023, there are no additional renters downstairs.
The pool opens Memorial Day weekend at the earliest and closes mid-September at the latest, depending on the weather.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details:
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: The house was perfect! We rented as a ‘home base’ for a weekend in Burlington visiting my daughter. The house was spacious, well appointed, and spotless. Location was great. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Burlington and the location next to Lake Champlain was great. I would recommend this house and will likely rent it again when we visit my daughter.

Summary: Spacious 4 bedroom 2 full bath house with garage. Very comfortable indoors. Kitchen included ample dishware and cooking materials. Everyone loved the house, but the pool was not heated as requested and it was dirty. The lake is across the rode and down a very steep staircase. Three out of five of our group were over 65 and it was too difficult to get down to the beach. This was not explained in the rental description. We still enjoyed our trip as we attended a family wedding.

Summary: My son and I stayed for two nights to watch the eclipse. The property was in excellent condition. Very clean with an excellent kitchen.
